Kapali mall Food court

Envisioned as Sea Breeze Square, the Kapali Mall Food Court reimagines the conventional mall dining experience as a Mediterranean-inspired urban escape. Drawing from the atmosphere of a sunny day along the Greek coast, the design brings together soft whites, ocean blues and warm blush tones to create a bright and inviting environment. The spatial language is guided by the rhythm of the coast—gentle curves, airy compositions and layered textures introduce a sense of movement and ease. At the centre, a sculptural kiosk acts as the social anchor of the food court, surrounded by diverse seating arrangements that encourage gathering, lingering and interaction. Designed across 10,000 sq. ft., the project accommodates 260 guests and 12 food kiosks, balancing the functional demands of a high-footfall destination with the atmosphere of a relaxed community space. More than a place to dine, Seabreeze Square is conceived as a pause within the city’s bustle—a shared destination where food, leisure and social connection come together under a distinctly Mediterranean atmosphere.
